  • Software
  • Source code
  • Design
  • Branding
  • Technology

remain the exclusive property of DIGI WIRE.

5. Service Availability

DIGI WIRE may update, maintain, or modify the platform periodically to improve performance and features.

6. Suspension of Access

Access to the platform may be suspended if:

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • Terms of use are violated
  • Illegal activity is detected

7. Limitation of Liability

DIGI WIRE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Any liability related to services will be limited to the total fees paid by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
